Please read these instructions before entering your artwork

You may submit up to 5 pieces of 2D and 5 pieces of 3D art for this show, listed in order of priority. These can be either pieces that will be hung (2D) or pieces that will be displayed on the tables (3D). Pieces that are to be hung must conform to the guidelines contained in the artist instructions.

If your pieces are larger than 36" in any dimension, you are restricted to two pieces of that size. If you artwork is greater than 36", you must supply your own easel. AGTV does not supply easels.

Space may be limited in this year's show. If we do not have enough space for all of the submitted art, we will have to reduce the number each artist can show in 2D and 3D. Please list as the LAST piece, the one that we can remove if need be.

To submit your art, please complete this section. Indicate how many pieces you are submitting (max is 5 2D and 5 3D) and indicate how many are over 36" in any dimension.

For each piece, provide the title and media description, display method, size, and whether it is for sale and the price. Descriptions of the media are limited to 28 characters so that it will fit on the display cards. Note that the artwork delivered to the show must match the information provided on this application.

Artwork is listed as Width x Height x Depth in inches. Work that is to be hung should be measured by width first, followed by height. Three-dimensional pieces should be measured by width, height, and depth. Please round up dimensions to the nearest inch. Please enter ONLY the numeric value.

Please enter the information for your first piece, and then for each additional piece, click on 'Add Artwork'. You can submit up to 5 pieces of 2D and 5 pieces of 3D artwork. If you add a section, you must complete the information. Do not 'X' it to delete it. If the information is in error, note that in the media description field.
