• Payment Responsibility – All transactions are strictly between the buyer and seller; AGTV is not involved.
• Scams – Be cautious of fraudulent checks and other payment scams.
• Delivery & Receipt – Sellers and buyers are solely responsible for arranging delivery and confirming receipt of items.
• Safety – Prioritize your safety during exchanges—meet in a well-lit, public location
• Sales Updates – Sellers must update the sales sheet once an item is sold.
• Dispute Resolution – AGTV is not responsible for handling disputes between buyers and sellers.
• Sold Item Removal – AGTV will periodically remove all “SOLD” listings.
• Item Removal – AGTV reserves the right to remove a listing due to extended posting times or rule violations.
