Please use this form to request the cancellation of your registration in one of our classes or workshops. Please be aware that this request must be approved in order for you to receive your refund. Cancellations are governed by our cancellation policies. Please review these so you understand how your cancellation will be treated.
Class Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel up to 14 days prior to the start of the class for a full refund. There will be no refunds within 14 days of the class unless spot can be filled from wait list.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start of the Workshop. There will be no refunds within 30 days of the workshop. If AGTV or the instructor cancels the workshop, participants will get a full refund.
