This folk-style method is a great way to create a mosaic from a piece of family china or a thrift store treasure. Students will learn how to use hand tools to break the china for their design. The center photo is a “sampler” of different parts of one teacup and how to achieve many looks from the various pieces. Participants will complete a 6”-8” piece of art by the end of class.
